Cancellations & Returns Policy
This page describes how we deal with cancellation and refunds. This Policy fully complies with UK legislation and the UK Distance Selling Regulations.
Our 7 Day Returns Guarantee
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from ceiling-speakers.co.uk. We’re confident that using our search wizard to select the perfect speaker from the best manufacturers will ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.
But we do understand that the requirements of installation products can change; maybe that ceiling void is not as deep as you had expected, or maybe you have changed your mind about the design of speaker that you wish to install.
You can rest assured that if you decide within 7 days of the day after delivery that you no longer wish to keep the product (for whatever reason), you can cancel your purchase and return it for a credit against another product that we sell, or for a refund, whichever you prefer. The only cost to you will be the insured postage costs that you will incur in returning the product to us.
You must commence the Returns Process (below) within 7 days of the day after delivery. In order for us to offer a full credit or refund of the purchase price and the original postage charge, if applicable, we ask that you take reasonable care of the product, its protective packaging, accessories, operating manuals and installation manuals. We want you to examine the product and be completely satisfied with it. But it should not be installed before you have made the decision to keep it because installation may damage the appearance and condition of the product.
Please note that our 7 Day Returns Guarantee applies only to transactions where you are the consumer and not to Business to Business transactions.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective on delivery, we will refund the delivery charges charged to send the product to you and refund the reasonable insured postage costs that you incur to return it to us. However, you must commence the Returns Process (below) within 7 days of the day after delivery.
We check and test all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the postage costs you incur in returning the product to us.
If you wish to return a product purchased from us, for whatever reason, you must email us at email@example.com with your name, the invoice number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return (eg. damaged, no longer required, etc). We will reply to you by email within 48 hours to advise you of a returns identification number (so our warehouse can identify the returned package) and explain the process for returning the product to us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns delivered to us by hand.
Goods will be refunded within 30 days in the same form as the original purchase (ie. credit card, debit card, etc).
